It’s Official. No More Entrecard
Le sigh. I am truly dissapointed to have to leave Entrecard. It has given me the chance to get to know so many blogs that I would have never found on my own. I was really hoping that some arrangement could be reached between today.com and Entrecard.
I understand that the today.com management feels that this is for the best. Maybe they are right. Only time will give us the answer to that.
Change is hard. We get used to doing things one way, and then find we have to come up with a totally different way to accomplish what we want.
For those of you who have just been drop and runners, I’d love to have you come back and check in on me still. For those of you who stop and read, please continue to do so - my blog will continue to be updated regularly.
I will still be doing my normal Top Dropper and Top Commentator’s list at the end of the month, so keep dropping and commentating if you’d like to be on the list. 
Change happens, but life goes on.
Speaking of change - my colors have changed. Please let me know what you think of them. 
ETA — I saw another today’er doing this, and I thought it was a great idea. I don’t have any other EC blogs to transfer my credits to. Right now I have around 2500 EC’s. So, if you have a non-today blog and would like to have some free EC’s, comment below. I’ll give them out 200 at a time until they are gone, or I have to remove my widget - whichever comes first.
ETA 2 - Oops. I just did my first transfer ever, and saw that you can’t transfer more than 1000EC’s in a 7 day period, or more than 14 transfers. So . . . that means I have 800 EC’s left that I can transfer — or 4 people. Sorry about that.
It is such a sad day for me. I like the Entrecard and had fun dropping daily. Oh well, I will still keep it on my other blogs.

There are a lot of people upset about this, I had only just joined. In the end it is Entrecard that will lose out.
I know, it is really sad. Entrecard has been a lot of fun and I’ve met some really cool bloggers.
I am really sad about this decision on the part of today.com too. I really have enjoyed finding new blogs to explore. I probably will end up donating my credits to random people too…
I agree - it’s sad but hopefully we’ll still read the blogs we’ve got to know through Entrecard and hopefully a lot of the visitors we’ve had through Entrecard will still visit. I’ve also written a post today about my future plans.
Thank you for your generous offer of transferring EC credits. If you have any left, I would be grateful for a few for my other blog - Crafts on a Budget.
I’ve just added both of your blogs to my blogroll and so will continue to visit once our time with Entrecard is over!
Yes, it is a shame. I like being able to buy ads with what basically boiled down to an investment of time rather than money. Oh well… Life goes on I guess. I joined BlogUpp and have gotten a few hits from there, maybe more today.com people will sign up there and we can kind of take over lol…
