What To Do On A Tuesday Night - For Free
It’s winter time right now, and if you’re anything like me, there comes a time where you just need to get out of the house.
But, you’re trying to watch your money, and pretty much anything interesting to do that is in a place where it is also warm, will end up costing you money.
What to do?
Well, there is always the option of heading over to your local mall and going window shopping. But, there is an inherrent danger in doing that.
The fact of the matter is that the less things you see that you *could* buy, the less things you think you *want* to buy.
So, if you don’t have a will of steel, then going to the shopping mall probably isn’t the best option.
What is another option? Go check out a museum!
Most museums offer one free night of admission each month. All you need to do is go to their website, and see if they offer it. Or, do a Google search of ‘free museum name of nearest big city’ and see what comes up.
For example, in Dallas, the first Tuesday of each month they have free admission to the Dallas Museum of Art . All you have to do is get there and enjoy!

Great idea,, you can even check with your local library,, mine always carry free admissions.
Thanks for sharing
Also, on the first weekend of every month, Bank of America sponsors free admission to museums all around the country. You can find the list of museums here: http://promotions.bankofamerica.com/museums/
The catch, though, is that you have to have a B of A credit card or bank account.
@msterri,
I did not know that about Bank of America. I wonder if having an IRA with them would count . . I am going to have to check this out. Thanks for the info!
